Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives on time.
International Shipping
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The recipient is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS.
Delays
- Unexpected Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Missing or Damaged Packages

- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at [email protected].
